Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Front Desk at a residential location in Charleston, SC. You will welcome residents and visitors, manage access control, badges, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure front-desk environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule with the Claim a Shift platform and a focus on safety, integrity, and community service. Prior security or law enforcement experience is valued, with training provided.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and incident records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Answer phones, provide directions and information, and support a professional, welcoming front-desk experience.
• Observe activity at the front desk and adjacent entry areas, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access.
