You must have an armed guard license, be 21+, and pass background and drug screening. The position offers flexible daytime hours and opportunities to progress within a national security leader.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, and issue or collect access credentials.
• Monitor access points and building systems from the front desk and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following site protocols.
• Assist communications between building management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders as directed.
