Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to apply for the Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Reception role in Charlotte, NC. You will maintain a fixed shift at an assigned site and have the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $20.55 per hour. Responsibilities include front-desk duties, visitor management, and access control, within a financial institution setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal policy.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Criminal background in compliance with laws will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the site.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointment information.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems; report issues.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner following escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional lobby environment and assist with visitor flow at a financial institution location.
