Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, patients, and vendors per procedures.
• Monitor front desk, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Direct guests, answer phones, receive deliveries, and report security concerns.
