Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location following site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify identification/authorization, manage visitor registration, and issue temporary access credentials.
• Monitor access points, receive deliveries, maintain visitor/incident records, and communicate with site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Maintain a professional lobby environment and deter unauthorized access through observation and courteous communication.
