Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined security-related experience or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Background checks and drug screen may be required by law, with licensing as applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-desk presence and customer service.
• Monitor visitor entry, issue credentials, and maintain access logs.
• Carry out site-specific security procedures and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and activities at front desk.
