Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Desk Driver in Carmel, IN, offering flexible, reliable hours with potential to pick up additional shifts across sites. Pay rate is $23.00 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and a program to earn more through extra shifts.

The role supports a path toward full-time opportunities within the industry leader. You’ll work a fixed shift from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM on Fridays, with responsibilities at a front desk, visitor

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide a professional front-desk presence and customer service by greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and assisting with site access procedures at a utility location.
• Monitor visitor entry, issue and collect visitor credentials, maintain access logs, and communicate arrival information to appropriate personnel.
• Carry out site-specific security procedures, including verifying approved access and reporting concerns to designated contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following emergency procedures.
• Maintain clear records of visitors, incidents, and front-desk activities, supporting a welcoming reception.
