Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Guest Services in Beverly Hills, CA. This role offers reliable, fixed evening shifts and the potential to pick up additional hours through our scheduling platform.

You’ll greet tenants and visitors, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain a professional lobby environment, with earnings at $20.90 per hour and opportunities to grow toward a full schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real-estate front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify ID and access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant requests calmly and professionally, coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Answer calls, provide directions and building information, maintain a welcoming lobby.
