Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator/Security Officer at a premier Wilmington, DE location. You will greet visitors, verify access, monitor lobby activity, and respond calmly to incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and security support.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check required under federal/state/local laws.
Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, verify access, manage sign-in, and provide directions.
Monitor lobby activity and security systems from a fixed post.
Report unusual activity or access concerns per site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with management and responders.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and shift activity.
