Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greet and screen visitors, verify access, and issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor building access points and visitor activity; report unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and emergency protocols.
• Maintain visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while supporting a welcoming environment.
