SPENGA Loveland is seeking a positive, energetic manager to welcome members and keep the studio running smoothly. You will drive memberships, support retail sales, and promote the SPENGA culture through top‑notch service in a fast‑paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive to exceed goals.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, or yoga is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain clean facility.
• Promote SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
