SPENGA is seeking a dynamic manager in Ohio who warmly welcomes members, drives membership sales, and leads a high-energy team to deliver exceptional service. You will play a key role in creating a positive, motivating environment for clients and staff alike.

As a SPENGA manager, you will focus on membership growth, retail sales, and client retention while coordinating front-desk operations and ensuring the studio is clean and ready for every class.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required; preferably in high-end goods or services.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, and yoga are a plus.
