Job summary

solidcore is seeking a personable, energetic part-time Core Crew member to join our front desk, administrative, and sales supports. You will welcome clients by name, promote the studio, manage class bookings, and help deliver a top-notch client experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling inquiries, processing purchases, maintaining studio cleanliness, and assisting the Head Coach & Community Manager with daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with clients using the CORE framework: welcome, connect, recognize, educate.
• Interact with clients to assess needs and address questions promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail, class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions.
• Handle new account setup and scheduling, cancellations, and rebooking.
• Notice studio issues or schedule changes and inform clients and team.
• Assist Head Coach & Community Manager with daily studio operations and cleaning.
• Escalate complaints to management and assist in resolving issues.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails and keep coaches informed about milestones.
• Set up celebration boards for milestones and communicate client achievements.
