Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be comfortable working with computers and web-based systems.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text.
• Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk environment.
