Job summary

Club Pilates Brea is seeking a Sales Representative to welcome prospective members, introduce them to the Club Pilates experience, and help them choose the best membership. You'll be the studio's first impression, building meaningful relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience.

In this role you will conduct studio tours, pursue memberships and retail sales, meet daily outreach targets, and participate in community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Confident in closing sales and meeting performance goals.
• Strong attention to detail and note-taking.
• Ability to learn ClubReady software and basic business tools.
• Fluency in English with excellent spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
• Conduct studio tours tailored to each prospective member's goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and members to create loyalty.
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships.

What You'll Bring

• Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others
• Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and note-taking
• Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system
• Proficiency with computers and common business software
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift
• A positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
