Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk services and operations with excellent customer service.
• Register customers for programs, passes, and events using registration software.
• Answer questions by phone or in person and promote Park District programs.
• Handle payments and receipts; prepare daily deposits; other clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety and report incidents; ensure proper dress code and appearance.
