The position offers weekend and varied shifts with a focus on customer service and teamwork. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience are preferred; BLS may be required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors entering the facility and determine the purpose of their visit.
• Direct or escort visitors to the appropriate destinations and answer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for department staff.
• Handle mail, messages, or courier deliveries as needed.
