Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet persons entering facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and check-in, direct or escort them to destinations.
• Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, patients/residents, visitors, and employees regarding activities at the facility.
• May schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars; may manage staff vacation within the department.
• May collect, sort, distribute or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
