Good Samaritan Society - Specialty Care Community in Robbinsdale, MN is hiring for an Administrative Support role on a part-time schedule. Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit, check-in, direct or escort to destinations, and answer inquiries about facility activities and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required or obtained within 60 days of hire.

• Greet persons entering facility and determine the nature and purpose of visit.
• Check-in, direct or escort visitors to destinations and provide information about activities and departments.
• May schedule appointments and maintain/update appointment calendars.
• May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

• Tuesday 4pm - 8pm - Saturday 8am - 430pm - Sunday 8am - 430pm

Second Week

• Wednesday 4pm - 8pm - Friday 4pm - 8pm

Join us at the Good Samaritan Society - Specialty Care Community, a 96-bed facility, provides rehabilitation therapy in both our young adult and geriatric communities following a hospitalization or serious illness. Our 3 floors are separated into 2 self-contained wings each that house 16 residents all with private rooms that include wheelchair/lift accessible shower and toilet, dining area, and nurses station.

May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

At Least One Year Of Applicable Experience Preferred

May require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for certain locations and/or settings upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire.
