Asbury's Coggin Honda of Orlando is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet visitors, route calls, and support dealership operations. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

You will answer inbound calls, greet walk-in customers, take messages, and coordinate with departments using MS Outlook and Internet tools. A minimum age of 18 and pre-employment background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and basic Internet use.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer inbound calls and direct callers to appropriate department or person.
• Take detailed messages and provide basic information to callers.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient communication style.
• Provide clerical support as requested and relay messages to the right parties.
