Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet walk-in customers, answer calls, and direct inquiries. The role requires a professional image, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will handle clerical duties, manage messages, and support team members with referrals to departments. We offer weekly pay, paid holidays, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) required.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate department or individual.
• Answer basic inquiries, take detailed messages and provide information to callers.
• Communicate with callers and customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Relaying messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assist with clerical duties as requested.
• Other duties to be determined by management.
• Maintain professional image and demeanor; strong communication and customer service are required.
