Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Albany, NY is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. You will answer calls, greet people in person and support the sales, marketing and business office teams with professionalism and warmth.

This part-time role offers day and evening shifts (10:00am–3:30pm or 3:30pm–8:00pm) including rotating weekend coverage. Salary is $16.00–$17.00 per hour with generous PTO, holidays, child care reimbursement and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact at the communities for our customers through telephone and in-person communications.
• Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, and family members, addressing questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office.
• Positively interacting with all visitors, current, and prospective residents.
• Professional and able to effectively communicate with senior residents.
