Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and well-stocked.
• Provide accurate information in-person or via phone.
• Manage daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office security and visitor log.
• Perform clerical duties like filing and photocopying.
• Support scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Manage inventory of front desk supplies.
