Job summary

CareCore Health at Margaret Hall is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our front desk team in a long-term care setting. This is a limited, part-time schedule with every other Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm, plus weekday fill-in coverage and flexibility for additional hours.

You will greet residents and visitors, answer multi-line phones, provide basic information, and perform general clerical duties while maintaining a welcoming front desk and delivering

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service
• Comfortable answering multi-line phones and assisting visitors
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist visitors and provide general facility information
• Perform basic clerical and administrative duties
