Job summary

Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining logs, and providing clerical support to managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure facility sign-in procedures are followed
• Provide administrative support to department managers as needed
• Assist with filing, data entry, copying, and general office tasks
• Help maintain an organized and professional front desk area
• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding facility services
