Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and comfortable speaking with patients in person and by phone. Training provided for scheduling software, pricing communications, and HIPAA-compliant front office duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Check out patients and process payments
• Assist with rebooking future appointments
• Communicate current promotions, memberships, and basic service information
• Maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with retail skincare purchases after training
• Keep front desk organized and welcoming
• Support providers and team with day-to-day front office needs
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
