Job summary

Rejuvent Medical Spa & Surgery in North Scottsdale seeks a personable, organized Part-Time Front Office Coordinator to join its facial plastic surgery and medical aesthetics team. The role is patient-facing, handling phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and EMR charting in a busy practice.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism. Prior experience in medical offices or high-end customer service is preferred; training will be

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in a medical office or customer-facing environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Check patients out following appointments and procedures
• Answer multi-line phones professionally
• Assist existing patients with scheduling and general questions
• Educate prospective patients about our practice and schedule consultations
• Schedule and confirm appointments by phone, text, and email
• Actively manage the appointment schedule and ensure patients are scheduled appropriately
• Coordinate scheduling when patients have appointments with more than one provider
• Contact patients to fill openings created by cancellations
• Ensure new patients have completed required paperwork and assist them when necessary
• Create and prepare appropriate patient charts in the EMR
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, providers, and other team members
• Assist with other front-office responsibilities as needed
