Responsibilities

• Monitors entry and egress of building residents and guests.
• Takes telephone messages for residents and staff.
• Distributes resident mail.
• Acts as first line of defense in emergencies; assists with crisis intervention and evacuations.
• Conducts building rounds during shift.
• Records resident events, incidents, and observations in the Front Desk Logbook.
• Monitors and documents client self-administration of medication.
• Reports incidents or behavioral changes to on-call staff.
• Assists with client meal plan as applicable.
• Attends training as requested by supervisor.
• Provides front desk coverage at other ACMH locations as needed.
