Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent for our Michigan clubs. This part-time, in-person role welcomes members, handles check-ins, and supports sales activities.

You will generate appointments, tour prospects, enroll members, keep records, and maintain a clean facility. Shifts include 4-hour and 8-hour blocks with mornings and evenings; in-person work required, with employee discount as a perk.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to upsell and promote memberships.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
