Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in Ann Arbor is seeking a friendly front desk agent for part-time, in-person shifts. You will greet members, check them in, generate appointments, conduct gym tours, and enroll new members, while staying knowledgeable about memberships and equipment.

You will maintain records in the Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive, clean facility. Shifts include 4-, 8-, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer-facing role.
• Ability to generate appointments and enroll members.
• Knowledge of gym services and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
