The Joint Chiropractic Westbury is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk/Sales Associate. This role centers on sales, educating patients about memberships and packages while handling phones, payments, and patient flow.

You’ll greet patients, process information, meet sales goals, and support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. Prior sales experience and a people-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience (retail, hospitality, fitness or service industry).
• Outgoing, upbeat communicator able to build trust with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling phones, computers, and point-of-sale systems.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Understanding of chiropractic care benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly as the first point of contact and deliver excellent customer service.
• Present and sell memberships and packages with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
• Capture patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Manage daily clinic operations: phones, check-ins, scheduling, and payments.
• Answer questions about pricing, insurance, cancellations, and policies.
• Re-engage inactive members and drive retention.
• Keep the clinic organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Support chiropractors and staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.
