Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience with basic cash handling skills
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations
• Greet guests, answer phones, and direct calls
• Open and close the Community Center as shift requires
• Check in members and guests for facility use
• Register residents for events and collect payments
• Assist the Membership Coordinator with administrative duties
• Enforce policies and maintain a clean front desk area
