You will guide clients through diamond selection, translate inspiration into design, and ensure a confident, seamless experience from first hello to final sparkle.

Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Detail-oriented with high empathy and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Guide clients through stone selection and ring customization.
Explain diamond options and differences between stones.
Close sales and meet targets with a quota-based bonus focus.
Coordinate with the house gemologist for sourcing diamonds.
