Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our team with game changing career opportunities. This part-time, in-person role places you at the front lines of member service, helping guests check in, answer questions, and set the tone for a positive club experience.

You’ll generate appointments, tour prospects, enroll new members, and maintain clean, organized records using our VFP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
