Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent to join the team in person on a part-time basis. The role involves greeting members, generating appointments, conducting gym tours, and enrolling prospects in memberships.

You will stay informed about membership services and equipment, and regularly present membership options during the sales process. The position supports a busy gym environment with multiple shift options including 4- and 8-hour shifts, as well as morning and evening slots.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
