Asbury Grace Park in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a friendly Receptionist for a part-time weekend role. You will manage all incoming phone calls, greet residents, staff and visitors, and support office operations.

This position offers weekend hours, Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am–5:30pm, with some holidays, and a starting pay of $15 per hour. Prior office experience and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system and other common office equipment
• Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in standard office software applications, with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years administrative experience in a professional office environment is strongly preferred

Aufgaben

• Manage all incoming phone calls
• Greet, direct and provide information or support to residents, staff and visitors
• Oversee mail and package distribution
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Execute computer-based tasks, office work, and special projects as assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors with diligence and accuracy
