Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA, is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents and visitors, help with resources, and maintain a welcoming, calm environment on-site.

You will coordinate service/maintenance calls, complete Meal Tracker menus, and handle other routine office duties. Requires at least 6 months of receptionist experience and a high school diploma. Shift is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM every other weekend with some holiday rotation, plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of reception experience in a busy office environment.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately enter information into a computer system.
• High school diploma/ GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
• Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner
• Performs other office duties as assigned.
