Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from check-in to checkout. You will provide resort information, quote room rates, and confirm reservations, helping create memorable experiences for guests from around the world.

The role requires excellent English, strong communication, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shift availability includes 1st and 2nd, with 20–24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue unit keys, guide guests to their accommodations.
• Provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash/credit transactions and balance cash receipts.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations; provide room rate quotes.
