Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests from registration to checkout, delivering warm hospitality and accurate information about the resort and local attractions.

The role requires a friendly attitude, strong communication in English, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Part-time with weekend flexibility, on-site at our resort.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assist with check-in and checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and thoroughly.
