Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Parkway is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Associate to greet guests, answer phones, and assist residents and staff in Stuart, FL. Shifts include Tue/Wed 4 pm–8 pm and Fri 8 am–4 pm with potential coverage for extra shifts.

We value friendly, reliable individuals with strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year in an administrative role, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year’s experience in an administrative position is required.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones in a timely manner using proper and understandable English.
• Print census each morning and type correspondence for department directors.
• Receive and record monies for operating, trust and security accounts as instructed.
• Assist in ordering supplies and coordinating transportation as needed.
• Support Admissions with inquiries, paperwork and tours; perform other duties as assigned.
