Job summary

The Boulder JCC is seeking a friendly part-time Guest Services team member dedicated to delivering a welcoming experience for parents, children, visitors and staff. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, assist with program registration in our JCC database, and support events and programs before and during occasions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer-service orientation and welcoming attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Google and Microsoft suites.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage phone and foot traffic.
• Assist with program registration and data entry in the database.
• Support Venue, Events and Programming before and during events.
• Schedule meetings/room reservations and maintain contact records.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and protocols.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support.
