Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our Providence Warwick team. This part-time position focuses on greeting guests, coordinating check-in/check-out, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a welcoming experience.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with lobby activities, and maintain front desk operations with accuracy and professionalism, contributing to our hospitality-driven culture.

Formación

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum High School education.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests with personal recognition on arrival.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly and assist or transfer calls.
• Manage cash handling and nightly bank reconciliation.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data properly and securely.
• Process check-in/check-out with required identifications and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
