University of Northwestern – St. Paul (KTIS) seeks a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for listeners, donors, and guests while providing essential administrative support. This part-time role requires a friendly, professional presence and Christ-centered integrity in every interaction.

The position is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a home office setting at KTIS, Faith Media. 20 hours per week, compensation $20.50–$22.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year related professional administrative experience.
• Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for listeners, donors, guests, and callers by providing professional, timely, and welcoming service, and ensuring inquiries are appropriately addressed or directed.
• Office Support: Support efficient day-to-day office operations by maintaining a welcoming front-office environment and assisting with administrative and operational tasks.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative assistance through project support, coordination of assigned activities, and completion of general office tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
