Position Summary: The Engagement Specialist builds relationships between 98.5 KTIS and its listeners through community outreach, events, promotions, and digital engagement. This role supports the KTIS mission to lead people to Christ and nurture believers in their faith by creating memorable listener experiences on and off the air.
