Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is hiring a part-time Guest Services / Front Desk Representative for rotating shifts (7am-1pm and 3pm-11pm) at our Blue Ridge property.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, handle check-in/check-out, and support operations across departments, while living our ONE TEAM philosophy and promoting a welcoming environment. Qualifications

• Must keep business information confidential.
• Must be responsible for guest safety and hotel assets.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Able to work scheduled shifts and flexible hours.
• Excellent written, telephone and in-person communication.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and information requests.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and care.
• Perform clerical duties and basic office tasks.
• Support team members and operate as ONE TEAM.
• Promote internal growth programs and uphold culture.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Sell and upsell rooms for walk-ins and reservations.
• Maintain balance of cash drawer during shifts.
• Know hotel systems including PMS and PBX functions.
