Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug screen, background check, and MVR.
• Be able to read and comprehend instructions in English.
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional, business image daily as the face of our dealership.
• Promptly welcome all clients.
• Receive visitors, obtain names and nature of business.
• Direct clients to lounge or refer to appropriate personnel.
• Operate multi-line phones effectively to relay calls.
• Access guest information using computer software.
• Make change for cash transactions and maintain cash drawer with accuracy.
• Prepare daily cashier balance of service orders and reconcile with accounting.
• Understand and follow receptionist procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and filing.
• Maintain customer lounge andRefreshments; keep waiting area clean.
• Maintain honesty and integrity while performing duties.
• Be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Adhere to company policies and codes of conduct.
