Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and voice of the practice—answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules.
• Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete.
• Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time.
• Participate in team huddles and training to learn and grow.
• Help maintain a clean, fully stocked front desk area.
