Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a part-time receptionist for our assisted living community. You will answer phones, greet residents and guests, and provide essential support to administrators and department heads.

The role includes weekend participation and a consistent 11am-7pm schedule, with some weekend shifts from 9am-6pm. We offer benefits such as potential wage increases, 401K with Safe Harbor, bonuses, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Prior reception or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route to appropriate department.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and staff professionally.
• Coordinate between departments for events, vendors, and inquiries.
• General office duties: typing, filing, mail distribution, and related tasks.
• Guide tours and introduce prospective residents to the on-duty manager.
• Follow Marketing guidelines for inquiries and tours.
• Accept rental payments and issue receipts if requested.
