Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Tennessee is seeking a Receptionist (Part Time) 2pm–8pm with every other weekend and may require holidays. This role supports the community by answering phones, greeting guests, and coordinating front-desk activities.

As an integral member of the management team, you will handle clerical tasks, develop relationships with residents and families, triage inquiries, and use Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests.
• Answer and triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Comfortable with computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to assist with handling of inquiry calls and tours.
• Proper dress, conduct, and professionalism at all times.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
