Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and direct all visitors and guests.
• Serve as a go-to person for residents, families, and staff with questions or needs.
• Answer phone calls promptly and route to appropriate contacts.
• Monitor emergency pendants and pull cords and maintain security at entrances.
• Keep common areas near the front desk clean and orderly.
